Oprah’s people deny report that O.J. has confessed to murder
After leaving her series after 25 years, this could be the largest interview in her career.
O.J. Simpson is currently serving a 9 year sentence for the kidnapping and robbery that occurerd in 2007.
“It’s not true,” a Harpo spokesperson said in an email to the Star.
The reports began surfacing online Thursday and were attributed to the National Enquirer, which quoted a Harpo source as saying Simpson had already confessed to a producer of Winfrey’s. The source reportedly told the Enquirer he stabbed his ex-wife in self-defence.
Last week, Winfrey said she has “a dream of O.J. Simpson confessing to me.”
Winfrey said she would only interview the ex-football player, who is serving time for armed robbery and kidnapping, if he confessed to the 1994 crime.
“I want the interview on the condition that you are ready, Mr. Simpson,” Winfrey said. “And I am going to make that happen, people.”
Winfrey ended her talk show last month after 25 years. Her new show, Oprah’s Next Chapter, will launch on her OWN network in January.
If Simpson were to confess, he would be unlikely to face any criminal charges under the double-jeopardy rule. Simpson was found not guilty in a criminal court in 1995; in 1997 he was found liable for wrongful death in civil court.
Brown and Ron Goldman were found stabbed to death outside Brown’s Los Angeles home in 1994.

Prince Harry is doing tequila with the Glee cast RIGHT NOW!
We spotted the Glee cast arrived earlier on in the evening, when they headed straight to the Hard Rock bar at the festival. Chris Colfer (Kurt), Matthew Morrison (Mr Schu') and Dianna Agron (Quinn) were among the crowd and they were all having a great time. And they all headed off as soon as the countdown to the Killers (who were headlining the show) began at 8.30pm.
Of course, we were there at the side of the stage with them and we saw the moment that Prince Harry was whisked through with about 15 security guards - right into a prime position. And it was there that he watched Brandon Flowers deliver his spectacular set. Then after the show, the whole gang headed back to the Hard Rock bar, where they are - as we speak - boozing together.
Now you can't tell us we don't bring you the gossip as it happens - and now we're going to stop typing this and go keep an eye on this fabulous concoction of celebrity. This might be the best thing we've ever witnessed... if you don't see us again, it's because we passed out at the sight of Harry' muscles (trust us, they are huge)...

Cheryl Cole: Ashley makes room in heart and home for ex, sayid pals
Former Chelsea team-mate Michael Woods –who was crashing at the Coles’ marital mansion – has already packed his bags and
shipped out “to make way for the missus”.
Michael, 21, moved in to the £3.5million Surrey pad six months ago, to try and cheer up Ashley in the wake of his split from wife Cheryl.
But three weeks past, the 27-year-old former X Factor judge spent a night in her old home with Ashley, albeit in separate rooms. Now the footballer, 30, is confident he can woo back his ex so Michael has left, not wanting to outstay his welcome.
He is understood to be staying with friends in London.
My source reveals: “Ashley is confident he will win Cheryl back and they will make a go of things.“Michael was there for Ashley from the start – he was his wingman throughout Ash and Cheryl’s estrangement. And now they are back in touch, he does not want to get in the way.“He has packed up his stuff to make way for ‘the missus’.” York-born midfielder Michael was released from Chelsea at the end of last season.
He and Ashley have described themselves as “brothers who completely have each other’s backs”. My source adds: “When Ashley offered Michael a place to crash he was over the moon. Ash had the big house all to himself, so was glad of the company – and Michael was a dab hand in the kitchen.
“But he wasn’t paying rent and felt the time was now right to move on. He’s just happy for his mate.
“Ashley wants to start a family and believes Cheryl feels the same – that kids would complete them. He believes they’ll be together forever."
But Cheryl’s family and friends have been pleading with her not to return to cheating Ashley.
A pal said: “Cheryl feels she has put her career first and look where that got her. Nowhere. The one person who truly has her heart is Ash.He has vowed to do his best to change and is a constantly telling her he loves her."
I hear Ashley has also had a ruff time being apart from the Coles’ two dogs – and is keen to have Buster and Coco back home, too.

Kim Cattrall: Hollywood Doesn't Want Me
Cattrall gained weight for her role in the independent flick where she plays a down-on-her-luck porn star way past her prime, but she says she isn't interested in all the upkeep it takes (including plastic surgery) to get directors in Tinseltown to give her the time of day now that she is 54 years old.
"I am not interested is being a Barbie Doll and turning myself into a sausage in the next twenty years," Cattrall said. "I want to go the road of actresses like Helen Mirren and Judy Dench who have lines on their face and aren't afraid of playing their age."
Those women may not be afraid to play their age, but there are few directors who want them, Cattrall says, which is why the 'Sex and the City' sexpot sees her future in the theater and in television, primarily outside of America.
"There aren't enough roles for women over 50," Cattrall told PopEater. "Directors here aren't interested in us. We have to go out there and make them for ourselves which is what I did with 'Monica Velour.'"
Cattrall insisted that it is the business of Hollywood to objectify actresses from a young age before brainwashing them to believe they have to fit into a certain type of package.
While many of Hollywood's dames bemoan their lot following their fifth decade and try (in vain) to plump, pert and tighten their assets to play leading roles, Cattrall insists she will be happy doing something else.
"I am looking forward to this stage in my life. I have always felt I have been a character actress in a leading lady's body and I think that's why big success came to me later in life," she said that during a press conference at the Hyatt Regency Aruba hotel. "I hope the next 30 years will be more exciting. I am not in this to play it safe and that's why I do think Hollywood is not in my future and that's okay because there aren't many jobs for me anyway."
Prince William and Kate to Postpone Hiring Household Staff at Kensington Palace
Prince William and Kate thay are both aren't hiring their household staff just yet. A source confirms to Us Weekly: "New staff for the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have been put on hold. The move to Kensington Palace will go ahead, but just without the extra household staff. For now."

"The Duchess of Cambridge plans to bring hairdresser James Pryce with her on the North American tour," an insider told UsMagaine. "The couple will also be bringing an administrative assistant it."

The 21-year-old actress, next seen in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2, tells the July issue of Vogue that her decision to attend Brown University in 2009 was met with great disdain by the franchise’s distribute. “I have felt for the last 10 years I have had this battle; I had been fighting so hard to have an education. It’s been this uphill struggle,” Watson explains, clenching her hands as she speaks.

Not only will the mini Beckham has Victoria Beckham's wardrobe to dress up in, she's now also going to have Eva Longoria's hand-me-downs.
VB has apparently asked Eva to be godmother to her daughter, who is due to be born on July 4th in LA.
The pair have been best pals for years and became closer than ever in January when Victoria helped Eva through her divorce from Tony Parker.
Eva is said to be very excited to have been offered the role and will be joining Sir Elton John and Liz Hurley in the Beckham Godparent Club.

'Glee' Hunts For New Castmembers On Oxygen Show
While scores of teens would kill to star alongside Lea Michele, Chris Colfer and Matt Morrison on FOX's hit 'Glee,' 12 future stars will get the chance to make that dream a reality when 'The Glee Project' premieres Sunday, June 12th at 8 p.m.
The six male and six female hopefuls will compete each week, with he help of 'Glee' star mentors like Darren Criss or Chord Overstreet, to get one step closer to the goal of a 7-episode guest arc on season 3.
If the trailer is anything to go by the reality show might match the scripted one for levels of drama. There's a lot of kissing, diva-ing and tears -- check it out for yourself below, plus find out how you can ask the cast your burning 'Glee' questions.

The cast of ‘The Celebrity Apprentice’ for Spring 2011 has been announced. The following celebrities will be joining Donald Trump in the boardroom each week to try and avoid hearing “Your Fired”.
La Toya Yvonne Jackson (born May 29, 1956) is an American singer-songwriter, musician, author, television personality, actress, businesswoman, philanthropist, activist and former model . She is the fifth child of the Jackson family. She maintained a career as a singer throughout the 1980s and 1990s, and returned to music in 2004 with her Billboard charting songs "Just Wanna Dance" and "Free the World".
